What Equipment will You Need?
There’s only a couple of pieces of equipment you’ll need to make the most of this RESTORE: The Bodyweight Strength Program training.
After all, it’s about BODYweight, right?😊
The first is some kind of bar to use for the Chin-Up, and as you progress, the Pull-Up.
One of the bars that goes into a doorway like the one pictured, would work just fine.
Obviously, safety first. Make sure whatever you use, it’s securely attached and safe to use.
Next would be a set of progressive resistance mini-bands for the Table Bridge.
If you have taken the time to go through Restoration and Foundation, you would have already purchased the mini-bands.
If you haven’t yet gotten your hands on those four progressive-resistance mini-elastic bands to be placed around your knees when you’re doing the Table Bridge, keep reading. (I will provide some guidance on the chin up bar at the bottom of this page. Keep reading).
NOTE: You WILL NEED the progressive levels because you will become stronger as you train and will need the added resistance of the heavier bands!
