Shoulder cars and a fun drill!

Few things are more valuable for shoulder health than is “Controlled Articular Rotations.”

I introduce these in RESTORE: The Foundation, and also in some of the other programs that are offered here on this site.

In this short video, I combine one round of “CARs” with a fun drill that helps me “groove” the mobility I just worked on within those CARs.

In other words, it’s great to do some mobility work, but it is even better when you can take that temporary new-found range of motion and “imprint it” onto your nervous system…

…with an actual activity or exercise or movement which USES that new range of motion.

In this drill, I’m literally moving AROUND my shoulders…

Think about it…
