What Equipment Will You Need for this Legs Program?

 

There are THREE primary pieces or types of equipment you WILL NEED to get the most from this program.

The first is a set of progressive-resistance mini-elastic bands to be placed around your knees. The lateral resistance from the band provides some resistance to help you build hip stability and strength!

NOTE: You WILL NEED the progressive levels because you will become stronger as you train and will need the added resistance of the heavier bands! Look a bit further down the page for more information on the bands I recommend you use!

The second type of equipment you’ll need is soft-tissue treatment, recovery, and release tools to ensure your soft connective tissue is healthy so that you CAN get the very most from this training.

What is the best source for these

The STRAP for Bent-Knee Calf Raises – what is the best source?

You may have something around your home gym which may work for you, but in my experience, you need something which is easily adjusted on the fly and which also won’t slip. 

The best tool for the job is a 2-inch side release buckle belt with polyester webbing. Inexpensive, durable and will absolutely do the job.  

Get the x-large to be sure you have enough length!
