Training Circuits!

On this page, you will find a variety of training circuits – around 5 to 7-minutes in duration – utilizing the strengthening exercises in this program. (You will also find some follow-along PAILS and RAILS sessions. Keep reading!)

Next to each title for each circuit, you will see the duration and also an indication of the relative skill level of the circuit.

I’ll rank them this way:

Level 1: Easier / Introductory.

Level 2: Medium / Intermediate.

Level 3: Harder / More Advanced.

You will find these circuits scheduled in your training plan by number. Let’s have some fun training together!

Circuit 1: Knee Extenders – Bodyweight RFESS – Posterior Plank (5:36 – Level 1)

Circuit 2: Bodyweight RFESS – Swiss Ball Bridging – The Slide (6:00 – Level 1)

Circuit 3: Short Foot – Posterior Plank – Swiss Ball Bridging/Curling (5:30 – Level 2)

Circuit 4: Knee Extenders – The Slide – Single Leg Deadlift (7:37 – Level 2)

Circuit 5: Posterior Plank – Calf Raises – Swiss Ball Bridging/Curling (8:28 – Level 3)
