Get off road!
If you’re a cyclist or triathlete and want to improve your skills and have a LOT more fun, get off-road.
Build your skills progressively. Start at a level you can achieve (technical), and then gradually challenge yourself with increasingly difficult terrain as your skill improves. Have fun!
