To me, having a smart “eating window” isn’t fasting. That’s it. I’ll now refer to it as an “eating window” from now on. 🙂 Getting leaner is NOT about exercising more. You can’t train your bodyfat off, it’s that simple. It is all about what you put in your mouth. They have a reputation for being high in calories, which is unfortunate. Because they’re just about one of the healthiest foods you could possibly eat. Like anything else, be smart with regard to quantity. Everything in moderation.
