In truth our shoulder girdle involves not just one joint, but multiple joints. For simplicity, we’ll focus on only one joint for THIS version of shoulder CARs: the glenohumeral joint.
Make sure to re-read all of the previous notes on CARs in both Circuit 1 (spine) and Circuit 2 (hips). Everything there applies here when discussing the shoulder.
Remember, radiate tension. Move slowly.
Try to dissociate the joint you’re focusing on moving from everything else. See what your outer-most range of motion is. Try to improve it!
