Day 2: Strength


Our “strength” day will consist of TWO different movements.

They’re simple but challenging to do well.

Remember, you can elevate your trunk similar to what you see in this picture, if doing so would make it easier.

Make sure to create full-body radiation of tension and go the full 10 seconds down and 10 seconds up!
