I’m now 63, but when I was 25, I made a conscious decision to “square the curve” and die healthy.

 

What does it mean to “square the curve?”

 

My vision was to live my life in good health, without disease or dysfunction, and then one day far off into the future, perhaps at the age of 110 or 120, go to sleep one night and not wake up the next day, after having done something fun and enjoyable that day with people I want to be with.
