What exactly will this program be?
Simply put, it will be a 5-week entirely online GROUP COACHING program to help you boost muscle, build strength, and improve your ability to move "well", with a unique, no-nonsense, body-weight oriented strength program that I conceived of and designed, that works.  
  • I will teach you what you need to do to truly get stronger.  No wasted energy or time!
  • This program is easy to scale up or down to make it easier if you're just starting out, or more challenging if you're experienced. Even if you have NEVER done any strength training before, you can do this program. You don't need to be an "elite!" Far from it!
  • This program is very safe even if you've never done any strength training before. You'll do movements that are challenging to do well, but safe and effective.
  • In addition to the primary strength program, I will also task you with a different "daily challenge" to accomplish every day, that will get increasingly more challenging as the program evolves.
  • You should be able to complete each day's training in 15 minutes or less. Time-efficient and effective!
  • Yes, you WILL need to work very hard to get the benefits of this program.  While easy to follow, this program is designed to draw the very best out of you. Do NOT apply if you think this is going to be easy or you're going to just flow through it.
  • **I've found that four weeks is long enough to help you get started building the strength you need and improving movement quality, and yet isn't a long-term commitment that impacts your other training!

Now, if you're at all familiar with the program I've run in the past, know that this is going to be BIGGER and even BETTER.  I'm going to include some live training that will be recorded so you can watch and join even if it isn't live, AND MOST importantly, I'm also going to virtually meet with every person in the program each week to discuss their training 1 on 1, so that they get the most from it. As I said, better than ever!  

However, just like before...

  • This program will be focused only on GETTING STRONG and MOVING BETTER.
  • Everyone in the group will be doing the SAME exact strength program. There will NOT be any individualized training templates.
  • There will be 6 different "Daily Challenges" per week during the entire 6 weeks. This was hugely popular and will continue. You'll get the "daily challenge" emailed directly to you each night, for the next day's challenge.
  • All communication will occur within the PRIVATE Facebook Group I will create ONLY for this group.  I will provide you with all of the training content and information YOU need via email however.
  • NOTE: I am going to keep the group small to make sure it has an intimate group feel to it. We will all work together to help us each reach our goals.
To achieve this...
  • Everyone in the group will get access to RESTORE: The Bodyweight Strength Program and RESTORE: The Foundation Program!  If you've already purchased and have access to these programs, I will deduct $99.00 from your registration fee!    (Use coupon code DOMINO to get the 99 dollar discount off of the normal price!).
  • In addition to this group strength program, I will design Daily Challenges that will be emailed to you each night, 6 days per week (Tuesday through Sunday). On the 7th day, which will typically be a MONDAY, you'll get a rest from the "challenge."  These challenges will be all new-fun-and challenging!
  • We'll have a PRIVATE Facebook group where you can ask questions, post videos of your exercises for review and critique, and offer (and receive) support from me and your fellow group members. And as mentioned, we'll do some live training.
  • In that facebook group, I will monitor your strength progress by reviewing video YOU share, offering feedback and giving you progressions where appropriate, to keep you on track.
  • I will share inspiring messages daily inside our private Facebook group.
  • I will share tips and other strategies I've used successfully to get stronger and leaner and stay that way, without doing anything crazy or unsustainable.
  • You won’t need a gym membership—most of what we'll do can be done with very little equipment. We'll keep it simple. The ONLY requirement to join is that you don't make ANY excuses and are willing to do what I tell you to do.
  • While I call this "Group" coaching, I am very definitely going to work with you directly inside of that Facebook group to help you succeed!
