Listed below are the standard Gait Analysis packages currently offered by Pursuit Athletic Performance — GOLD, VIRTUAL, and STUDENT.

“GOLD” Gait Analysis Package
- A full-body bio-mechanical assessment of joint and muscle flexibility / strength
- A Functional Movement Screen (Learn more at: http://functionalmovement.com)
- Analysis of foot structure and function
- Analysis of current footwear and recommendations for shoes and orthotics as necessary
- Video analysis from multiple angles at various speeds
- All clients will receive their video footage with analysis and recommendations for a stretching and strengthening program to increase flexibility and strength in specific areas of need
- 1 hour of individualized, one-on-one training
- Level 1 “Restoration and Foundation” exercise and flexibility protocol
- A 20-minute follow-up Skype training session 4 weeks after analysis

“VIRTUAL” Online / Remote Gait Analysis Package*
- A guided movement screen analysis
- Analysis of foot structure and function
- Muscle length evaluation
- Analysis of current footwear and recommendations for shoes and orthotics as necessary
- Video analysis from multiple angles at various speeds
- Injury risk prediction
- All clients will receive a complete analysis and report including recommendations for a stretching and strengthening program to increase flexibility and strength in specific areas of dysfunction

*We realize visiting our Gait Lab isn’t possible for everyone. To that end, we’ve developed a highly-effective on-line analysis protocol. We will guide you every step of the way! Detailed instructions are provided on how to shoot your video, as well as the supplementary still photography needed. There is no guess work on how to present the views that will insure an outstanding analysis for you.

“STUDENT” Gait Analysis Package*
- A Functional Movement Screen

*The Student Gait Analysis Package is designed for and limited to ONLY college-age, high school-age, and middle school-age students.
